That's what I've been doing (in Peru now) and haven't fried anything yet. These products are made to be used in many countries and are usually dual voltage. Just check the label on your electronics. If it's got something that says, like, 100-240V, that's dual voltage. Peru is at 220V so you're fine. Again, that SHOULD be most laptops, phones, etc.This will be our first "big" trip.
